Intro
IP Group specialise in the design and manufacture of innovative hygiene systems for public spaces and healthcare facilities. Everything from oxygen supplies to UV air filtration units are cleverly integrated into wall panels to create hygienic and yet calming environments that increase physical and mental wellbeing in patients.
The Setup
IP Group's existing brand needed a rethink to better reflect the fundamental innovation of the products and systems they produce. As is often the case, the brand had developed over time in a haphazard fashion and had become disjointed and unrepresentative of the company's vision. To move forward they needed a new approach.
The Delivery
Even though the core of the IP Group's business is technology and engineering it's also, at a more conceptual level, about care. With this in mind we developed an open and robust brand identity and a versatile design system that would better suit their ground-breaking product range but also feel friendly and approachable. The main logo brackets form the core of a flexible visual language that can endlessly recombine, creating new marks for each product category in the range and ensuring that the brand can adapt whatever the business need.
