Delicious Crackers With Heritage Lebanese Flavours
A new brand identity and packaging design for Jossy’s, a fantastic range of Lebanese inspired crackers. Available in two zingy Mediterranean flavours, sumac or zaatar, they have a delicious authentic bite. With a clean vibe and a bold visual style, Jossy’s Crackers are the perfect snack for hoovering up hummus.
The Setup
When we were initially approached by Jossy Chidiac, the brand had already been running for a few years but wasn’t performing to its potential. Jossy was keen to start competing with some of the bigger household cracker names and to have a brand appeal that reflected both the ambitions of the company and, as the business founder, Jossy's Lebanese background.
The Delivery
We created a clean new brand mark that’s authentic, open and approachable. The packaging design was similarly styled and rather than leaning into the obvious Middle-Eastern design tropes, we opted for bold colours and a more contemporary look with confident modern typography. For both the new boxes and the comms materials we used a subtle design frame that echoes the shape of the crackers. We also shot new product photography with sunshine saturated colours and a retro mood that makes the crackers feel both delicious and authentic. Go get some and don't forget the hummus
